Our onboarding process is made as easy as possible, and the rewards of making a positive difference through your work can begin more quickly. Here’s what you can expect:
Pre-Employment Process
You’ll need to schedule a pre-employment health assessment with our occupational health provider. Contact information will be provided by your recruiter during the job offer. The appointment must be scheduled at least 4 business days prior to your start date. The health assessment will include the following:

New Hire Paperwork
You will receive an email from your employment coordinator with forms that must be printed and completed. These documents must be turned in on your first day of employment. These include:
- I-9 form and original forms of identification
- Background Information
- Disclosure (BID) form
- Direct deposit information form
- State and federal withholding election forms
Employee Orientation
The date of your new-employee orientation will be communicated to you by your employment coordinator and in writing in your welcome letter. Dress is business casual and lunch will be provided. If you have dietary restrictions, please inform your employment coordinator. On your first day, you may park in the front lot, but you will be required to move into the employee parking lot thereafter as a full member of our team.
