Services

Knowledgeable nursing staff provides care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Households have 1 direct caregiver for every 4 residents. In addition, a full-time registered nurse manager oversees staffing and the changing needs of residents.

• Provide personal care assistance designed and provided to allow resident to increase or maintain independence.
• Provide supervision appropriate to the resident’s needs.
• Provide scheduled daily leisure activity programs and scheduled community activities.
• Provide assistance to and encourage residents to maintain family and social contacts.
• Provide medication management and administration assistance.
• Provide health monitoring and refer residents to health care providers as needed, updating the family, the placing agency, if any and the guardian, if any, of any significant changes in a resident’s medical condition.
• Coordinate health care appointments and coordinate transportation to and from appointments as needed.
• Maintain a record of all medical visits, reports and recommendations for each resident.
• Provide services to manage resident behaviors.
• Arrange for skilled nursing services as needed.
• Provide home cooked meals.
• Provide housekeeping and laundry services.
• Provide or schedule transportation to and from medical appointments or group leisure activities.
• Provide respite services.
